Editing Visual – HTML

Is Arlima supposed to allow the user to add or edit content in the “Manage List” function where you highlight the article in the list box and then edit to add image, URL source on the right side? When I place my cursor on the Visual or try to switch to HTML, it doesn’t allow anything. Curious. Thanks.
