Editing Twenty Eleven Theme – Please help

I have a site using the Twenty Eleven theme, modified: https://www.equilibrionicaragua.com/.

I’m trying to do two things:
1. Move the header (the colorful image with farm, yoga, river, ect in it) above the slider (scrolling images). I have not been able to find this anywhere in the coding.
2. Make each word on the header be clickable, ie clicking yoga leads to the yoga page. I am not opposed to hardcoding the header in the new spot, then making each word clickable, just need to be guided on how to do this with this theme as I’m not getting anywhere.
