    Hi everyone,

On the checkout page, when customers enter their names and addresses, they something put the text in all lower case, all upper case, or a random mixture of both.

Is there anyway we can have it so the format gets restructured to a proper text like this “John Doe”

So if a customers puts it like; john doe or JOHN Doe – it would format to John Doe etc.

    Thanks!

  • Hi @gregthegreg5,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand your requirement to format customer’s names and addresses into a proper case on the checkout page.

Currently, WooCommerce doesn’t have a built-in feature to automatically capitalize the first letter of customer’s names and addresses. However, you might consider hiring a developer or using a plugin that can help you with this customization.

Please note that customizations like these are considered beyond our support policy. But we do have a list of WooCommerce experts that you can hire for such tasks.

    I hope this helps.
