It seems to be working fine on our end.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Also, please check what status code you are receiving if you directly visit the following URL:

https://YOURDOMAIN.COM/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

If it is returning a 403 or any sign of firewall blockage, then kindly ensure that it is whitelisted at the server level.
