Editing the actual form PHP

    Hi there,
    I’ve just purchased CFM developer plan, but it’s kind of
    disappointment for me.
    I can’t locate where do i edit the actual form PHP. What i need it
    for? Well, I can’t figure out how do i set up:
    1 .a name field, that consists of:
    [First name] [Second name] [Last Name]
    2. a hidden field, that posts the $pagename, so that i know which page
    the message was sent from

    Thank you for getting to us.

    No need to edit PHP, you can add text fields to have Name, Second name and last name.

    1. Go to Form -> Manager -> your form -> add new field -> text input -> add text fields.

    2. We can give you a code which will help you to know only the URL from where the user submits the form, do you need it? The Page name is not possible.
