Editing text in column Freeze

So i am trying inside a column by adding the paragraph block. All of a sudden the block freezes in middle of typing and no amount of clicking will display the cursor back. I convert the block to html and complete my passage. Once the paragraph is complete, I see a message “Attempt Block Recovery”, when i click on it, i lost all the text i typed after the block freezed. This is frustrating experience.
