Editing Template

On this site, every page has the title in the middle/top of the page. On that main page it has “Home” and i cant find where within the portal to edit that part off the page and all the other pages.

The problem im having is trying to make the .net site look exactly the same as the .com which is this link: [Moderated: Redundant link redacted]

Im not 100% familar with wordpress and this has been haunting me for a while and now have a deadline of 15th to make the last few changes to the site.

can anyone point me in the right direction, some good tutorial on editing templates to remove certain things? how to resize the images down to look like the .com site. any help would be greatly appreciated.
