Editing “Subscribe to Newsletter” checkbox on registration form

The Mailjet plug in automatically adds a check box to the registration page that says “Subscribe to our newsletter”. I would like to be able to edit this label and be able to add this check box to the user’s “account” page.

I don’t see any information on how to tap into this. Any advice greatly appreciated!
