I purchased the custom fields extension and adding the custom fields to sheets works fine.

However, when I as an admin go in and edit a submitted signup, the custom data submitted by the user isn’t present and the custom fields are blank on the edit page.

For example, I created a custom field “Bake Sale Items.” The user enters their signup info (first name, last name, email, phone) and then the custom info in the “Bake Sale Items” field. They save their signup. Then I go in and click the pencil to edit the signup on the back end. The First name, last name, email, and phone are there, but all the custom field info is blank. The expected behavior would be that the custom field info would be pulled from the DB and displayed.

This is not the support forum for paid extensions. If you have purchased an extension, please post in the appropriate support forum for that extension on my site.

Please post on the appropriate forum so I can check your license status. Thanks!

In the meantime, I will test on my own to see if I broke something in a recent update that I missed. Nobody else has reported this, but I don’t think it’s very common for admins to edit signups, so it may have simply not presented itself until you tried. I will release an update soon if it’s something I broke.
