Editing Staff in the Risen Theme

I am using the Risen theme and trying to add/edit church staff. I can add new staff by using the “+ New” drop-down menu at the top of the page, but there is no “Staff” menu on the left side of my screen where I can access the staff and made edits. Am I missing something or do I have to add some other plug-in? I would think that everything is installed if I am able to add new staff. Please advise.
