• Hey everyone, I have a problem with my theme and since their support team is not answering I am forced to ask my question in here:
I keep on updating my blog posts but I can not see anything and keep receiving this error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function et_blox_get_post_text_color() in /homepages/6/d571662134/htdocs/app571662351/wp-content/themes/blox/single.php on line 60
Any one has any idea what am I supposed to do with it?

    Thanks for your help

  • The error code is telling you that the et_blox_get_post_text_color function doesn’t exist when it’s being called from line 60 of the single.php file.

I’ve checked this file and looked for that function but it doesn’t seem to be consistant with the free Blox theme available from the theme directory, so if you’re using a commercial product then you’re either going to have to persevere with the theme support you’ve paid for, use an alternative theme, or hope someone else who also owns the theme to chip in with a solution for you as we’re not supplied commercial products so can’t really offer any help I’m afraid.

Thank you for your help themesumo, the thing is the support team is not answering at all and I bought the theme via a third party and I had a refund just because of this problem, so basically it is not a commercial theme anymore, hahaha. Now I am most willing to avoid installing a new theme, because of all the works that I have done so far will be lost and I should start from the scratch and apparently nobody was naive enough to purchase such a theme.
