Editing Shortcode

Hi,
I am using two types of pagination plugins for two different type of content in a single WordPress website- Advanced Post Pagination and Multipage Plugin. Unfortunately, both use same shortcode (with APP requiring [/nextpage] at the end of the content). Is there a way to edit the shortcode for this plugin?
