Editing received Mail depending on field value

  • Hi Community,

    I created a formular with Contact Form with two (visible) drop down fields.
    Depending on the selection in field 1 I hide 3 of 4 following dropdowns.
    The User always sees only two dropdown fields.
    When the user submits the form I am receiving an Mail with the value of every field (also the hidden).

    What I want to do now is to edit the mail I receive so if the value of an field is “nothing” it won’t be shown in the received Mail.

    Is this possible? I know a bit about jquery but my php is too bad to understand the php files in the contact form 7 directory.

    I hope you are understanding my problem and someone can help me.
