    Hi ,
I recently updated from the most recent version to 1.522.
However I have noticed this new version interferes with the product data section of editing/adding product.

Now, with the updated FAQ plugin active, I can no longer access any of the other plugins normally accessible in the product data section of editing a product.

Could you look into/ help with this issue?

    Thanks
    Steve

  • Hi Steve,

I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to. Are you talking about in WooCommerce? I just double checked in a few of our test installs and all of the other tabs (e.g. General, Inventory, Shipping, etc.) in the “Product Data” section of the edit product page in WooCommerce are still accessible, even with the new FAQs feature.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.

Yeah, editing a product in woo commerce.
In the first tab ‘product data. I have the following tabs :
    General
    Inventory
    Shipping
    Linked Prods
    Attributes
    Advanced
    FAQ’s
    —-
    Free Gift Option
    Bulk Discount
    Product Tabs
    T Shirt E-Commerce
    Custom Tab

The botttom 5 tabs (all 3rd party plugins) no longer work since the update of FAQs
Disabling the FAQ plugin, fixes the issue.

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for following up and that extra info. When you say the bottom tabs no longer work, are they just showing blank when you click on them? In doing some testing with some free third-party WooCommerce extensions, I did observe some showing up blank. Do all 5 bottom tabs exhibit the exact same behaviour?

Also, if you keep the plugin activated, but just set the “WooCommerce FAQs” option (in the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab) to “No”, does that make the other third-party tabs start showing again?

    Thank you

    Hi,
Yeah, that is correct. All of them show blank when clicked.

Setting the woocommerce FAQs option to no DOES reslove the problem

    Cheers
    Steve
