Editing of Review(s) No Longer Works

After migrating a stand-alone WordPress website, to a WordPress Network, re-adding existing reviews became necessary. However, after the reviews have been added, the names, emails, dates, titles and etc are no longer editable, even though the UI is there to edit them.
