Editing menu location

I use Yellow Pencil on my sites and it is the best but is there any way to change the editing box location. I am using an iPad tablet and the box is in the upper right, covering the part of my site I want to change with YP.

I tried compressing the box and I go to do tgat I get picked out of the page to the change log,
