Editing links on front page

After a user logs into my site, it has a link/clickable for “site admin”. I want that to say something different – like “your account settings”. I know it doesn’t take them to the admin section of the site, but I don’t want them getting the wrong ideas. ??
Where or what do I need to change to edit that text?
