Editing Links in Blocks Causes Error

After updating to 5.2, on multiple sites, I’m noticing an issue with URLs. If I add a URL, then go to set it to open in a new tab, the first time it will work. Then, the next URL I try to change on the page (same or different block), the switch does nothing, then, a few seconds later, the block disappears, saying “an error has occurred and this block cannot be previewed”.

The content is not lost, but I cannot set URLs to open in new tabs as a result.

This is in the standard Paragraph block (both with TinyMCE Advanced installed and not).
