Editing Link in Nav Bar: Using WP2.8 “Blend” Theme
-
Hi all,
I’m a WP newbie with a background in CSS and HTML. I’m currently learning PHP at School of Visual Arts (SVA) in NYC. Here’s my website:
https://www.centerfoldnextdoor.com.
The blog is at: https://www.centerfoldnextdoor.com/blog.
I just set up WP 2.8 with the “Blend” theme. My homepage has a nav bar just below the header “Masthead” / blog title and directly above the body content. The defualt links in the nav bar are “Home” , which brings me to the blog homepage and “About” which brings me to a sample page that I didn’t write. I would like to edit these links…

Next I’d like to get rid of “About” since it links to a BS sample page that I don’t need or want. Finally, I’d like to add a link to return to my website’s homepage : https://www.centerfoldnextdoor.com. Can someone please tell me which specific PHP file in which specific directory would need to be edited in order to accomplish this task? Also, can you give a hint as to what the basic structure of the code would be? I know how to write a nav bar in HTML using a
Thanks in advance!!!
