Editing Link

    I am new to wordpress as I just purchased this website for a friend because he could no longer use it and is unable to work on the site. I enjoy writing. Anyways, if you look on the site you will see the ad under “Local Resources”. I need to change that link and text. Where do I find this within wordpress to do so?

    PS. My site is ChooseCharleston.com

  • I think it is a widget. Go to “presentation” and “widgets” in your administration section and if you’re lucky, the widget will have a small X on the right top that you can click on and if you’re even more lucky, there will be a popup that allows you to change the title of the widget.
