I went through every step from the guide but no luck, I still end up in the same situation. I’m afraid I’ll have to move to another form plugin.

I checked the console and I could see the jQuery is not defined error : https://a.supportally.com/yEJhQ3 .

Can you please try to install the jQuery Migrate helper plugin and see if it fixes the issue?

I followed the instructions but no debugging log was created in the folder.

In the meantime, I found out that I have the same exact problem on another website: https://iep.mk/

Also, tried with the debugging and no errors were showed/written with this website too.
