Editing Footer

I’m trying to edit the footer on our website, here is a link to one of the pages with the footer I want to edit. https://www.roselleleadership.com/cultivate-great-leaders

What I would like to do is change the location of each column in footer and add a picture with a link once they are moved and edited.

I found the footer section upder the ‘Appearance Tab – Editor’ section, but I’m really bad with code and don’t understand how I would add in a picture. Is there an easier way to edit that area?
