Hello, I received a link from DIVI for how to customize WooCommerce standard emails (e.g. sending order cionfirmation, invoice to client, etc.). They suggest also your plug-in, which II downloaded a while ago – for now as a free version as I just went online some few months ago. Now when I go to MailPoet-settings-WooCommerce-opentext editor I see the choice to change email text. But first of all I can only choose of 4 of them, the text shown are defenetly not the emails which are send out now, and I cannot even change all texts. E.g. it says this text is part of WooCommer-emails.

Maybe you have some documentation/Video how I can edit existing emails with MailPoet?

    Tx in advance

    Best regards

    Jean-Pierre

    Hi there @jpwiggers,

Thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the late response.

You can’t edit WooCommerce emails’ default wording with our editor, but you can change how your emails look like. You can also add some extra text.

The four types is just for illustrative purposes so you can see how they will look like.

If your WooCommerce emails look different, can you please check if you used another plugin to edit these templates?

You can read more about our editor here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/293-setting-a-template-with-woocommerce-emails-customizer

I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!

    Dear Elvira,

sorry for my late reply and thank you for looking into it. For now I found a plug-in (Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer) which at least can edit ~80% of automatic emails. It helps already a lot.

    Once again thank you

    Best regards Jean-Pierre
