Editing Customer Orders

    Smart Manager does allow editing of some important fields for Customers & Orders.

    To edit the values, just click on that cell (same as you do in any spreadsheet application), make changes & click ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

    Can you please mention which all fields you are looking to edit? Are you facing any difficulties?

    Hi I’m wanting to change what the customer ordered as i have a few customers that ordered one products but then rang and changed it to a different one. I can’t find anywhere to do this, i have smart manager lite but unsure if i should buy the full version.

    No, this feature is not available in Smart Manager (Free & Paid both)

    Ok, any ideas on any other plugins that can edit a customer order?

    No worries thanks for your help.

    I know smart manager allows the user to duplicate a product (standard WC has the option as well), BUT…

    Does the plugin (either lite or pro) allow you to duplicate an order as well?

    Smart Manager (Lite & Pro) both doesn’t allow duplicating orders.
