Editing CSS in multisite childtheme

Hi there,

Using multisite in localhost for web development purpose, child theme of genesis framework.

Even though I edit my child theme’s css from network admin account, these css edits are not applied to theme.

CSS edits are even shown in chrome’s developer tools, they are simply not applied

Any ideas ?
