Editing Comment Page

I’d like to edit the comment page. I just tested it and it shows the original post and new comment. I’d like to add Go Back To Home Page after the new comment. How do I code it and where do I add it?
I looked at the page on iPhone and its cockeyed so it might be there but hiding.
