editing categories on static pages

I’ve just created my first static pages. So far, so good. However, I notice that they’ve got a category assigned to them, and yet… I don’t see where in the WP interface I can change said category. All my static pages have a category of “Uncategorized” just stuck in there. And I can’t see how to get in there and change it — there’s nothing in the WP page editing interface. Do I have to muck around with the database myself?

I’m using WP 1.5.
