Editing Booking form

Is there a way to edit the signup form so that it does not ask for phone number and comments?

Our upcoming event is a typing tournament, but we want to respect users’ privacy. We just want a orm that asks for email address and some customized questions relevant to the event. Be default the signup form asks for phone number and comments.
