Editing bloginfo from phpMyAdmin

Greetings,

I seem to have made a grave mistake editing the WordPress directory in the “General Options” menu; I stupidly typed up the “index.php” URL into the “WordPress address (URI)” and “Blog Address (URI)” fields and have successfully (and unintentionally) locked myself and other contributors out of wp-admin.

Is there anyway to re-edit the the blog information from phpMyAdmin or reset the database/information without loosing the changes/data?
