Editing an existing E-Mail Template

    Hi Support-Team.
    Is it possible to edit a saved E-Mail template directly?
    The only way I found is:
    – creating a new E-Mail based on the template
    – editing it
    – save it as a new template
    – deleting the former version of the template.

    Any better solution?

    Hi there @mgoerls,

    Currently, there’s no separate template manager aside from the options within the main email editor — at this time, the process your described in your post would be necessary for updating existing templates.

    I see there’s an open request to add this type of functionality on our requests board here (recently marked as “Under review”) — it would be great if you could add your vote there to show your support for the request:
