Editing alternate stylesheets via the dashboard

I am working with a host that offers a “wordpress” package that does not allow for FTP access to the site; I successfully uploaded a new theme that I created and have been editing it via the theme editor, but the alternate stylesheets that are located in a subdirectory (/styles/…) are not showing up in the editor. Does anyone know how I can access them via the theme editor?

(I need to add information to a conditional stylesheet for IE).
