Editing a page template

I’m really stuck on this and my theme support is useless, so thought I’d ask here.

The theme uses a template called ‘stores’ and it lists all the stores from a to z in a style that’s perfect for me. I want to duplicate that template and use it on another page to list ‘profiles’ from a to z. My problem is I cannot locate the template anywhere to do this. The theme creator uses elementor instead of site editor, but when I look at the elementor templates I can’t see it listed there.

So, can anyone please a: tell me where to locate it and b: point me how to duplicate it and then edit it so it pulls the list from the ‘profiles’ taxonomy instead of the ‘stores’ taxonomy.
