Editing a form creates a new entry

Thats strange? What type of fields are you using in your form?

Would it be possible to export your form and post a link to it here so I can take a look?

Thanks for the upload. You are using a multi page form. Paged forms are currently not supported in Sticky List. Se the Known Issues section of the plugin page.

Multi page form support is on the roadmap but there are other issues that need fixes and there is no ETA for this feature.

If you change your form to a single page form, the plugin will work as intended.

Well that was easy enough! I’d missed that the pagination feature was still on your road map. Looking forward to that enhancement.
