Edited latest post block appear correct in preview but wrong when published

Hello,

Pretty much I have a couple “latest posts” blocks on some of my pages, but whenever I select the criteria for the blocks (ie – which categories I want them to show) they update in the preview and then don’t update the actual website when I update and publish. Happy to provide screenshots if necessary. Can confirm it is not an issue with the categories they are in, they are categorized correctly.

On the linked site, the only article shown before the separator should be my only article “An ode…” and after the separator should be all of my score posts but not the ode article.
