Still there are traces as in screenshot that are two products connected to this vendor.
Products are live and working on frontend (activated).

It’s a bug? or sime kind of settings i’ve missed out?

    Thanks for help.

P.S. latest WP version, latest Anesta theme and woo plugins.

    Multi-site (only has one site).

    Hi @dkiaulakis

Upon reviewing your concern, it appears that you are using Dokan in a multi-site environment. Please note that Dokan is not fully compatible with WordPress multisite systems. However, it can be used on a single subdomain of your multi-site installation. Specifically, the Dokan plugin can be activated only on one subsite, as it operates on a single database.

The issue you are facing with products disappearing from the vendor’s dashboard might be attributed to the multisite setup. To resolve this, kindly ensure that the Dokan plugin is activated only on the intended subsite where your vendors operate.

    Hope this information helps!

    Thanks!

Thanks for reply, multi-site only for security reasons. What’s the meaning of intended subsite? How to solve or need to do any customization of theme?

Only one domain (website) on database.

    Thank you.

Reverted site (to be honest clean install just imported products, plugins and templates) but problem persists.

Is it possible that docan do not attach to vendor dashboard products with variable prices?

As well some fields still not active on Themerex Anesta theme.

In other tabs all fields looks like are working.

Please help to solve those two topics (that vendor could see it’s all products and tu use filter and search in vendor’s products tab). Thank you.

    Hello @dkiaulakis,

Regarding your multi-site setup, “intended subsite” generally refers to the specific subdomain or subdirectory within the WordPress multisite network where Dokan is intended to work. If you have only one domain in your database and are facing these issues, it might be related to theme compatibility or a potential conflict.

Please check if any conflicting plugins or themes are causing this issue. Alongside, if you’ve done a clean install and still face these problems, let us know here.

    Thanks!
