New images retain old image characteristics on back end

Hi there,

Uploading a new (edited or different) image that has the same name of a previously used deleted image displays the old image on the back end, not the new one. On the front end it displays the new image.

Deleting cache doesn’t work.

Only way i’ve found around it is to upload the new image but give it a different name than the previous image, but i’d prefer to just update the look of the already uploaded images.

Any way to do this?
