Edited Image Doesn’t Show on Page

Hi – Really like your plugin. We’re trying out the free version to see if it will work for us, but after setting up a clickable area and publishing, the image doesn’t show and message is that you have to create a clickable area. I installed on a different website and it worked fine. I’ve no idea what the problem could be or how to troubleshoot it. Can you provide any advice?
