Edited a page, Edited one line of code, Hit Update – Everything is gone…

  • I went in and edited a page that has been there for a year. I added a link to some text that was previously there. I hit update. All the code/content was gone. I was able to copy the code from the revisions page, but it won’t publish. Just goes blank and empty again.

    I then took the content and published it to a new page called “test” and it works fine.

    Help!

    I had to delete the page, not even “Hello World” would publish on it and then copy the HTML I was able to save off of it and re-do the page. However, I’m concerned of this happening again… any ideas what happened?
