edite title tag in post link

I am validating my website against accessibility rules and I have a problem with the
<li>generated by the plugin:<a href="post-link" title="post-title-A">post-title-B</a>It is not compliant to have value post-title-A & text post-title-B identical.
How can I edit or remove post-title-A value from the
<a>tag?
