I’m not the author of the plugin, but I’ve ben digging through the code and customizing for a few weeks now, so I’m answering from experience…

Unfortunately, that’s the way the hierarchy is designed. Because you’re searching (looking) at the category “Flatrate-Arten” it will display as knowledgebase_category/((your category slug))

Once an article is selected, it is displayed WITHOUT the category in the URL. I don’t know why it’s built like that, but it doesn’t hurt the article or how to search for them. It’s actually better for SEO this way, but I can understand your frustration.

Thanks Blake for your nice note.
The plugin works smoothly that′s why I stay with it for now.
However the author is not that helpful with 0 response, which is not promising.
I hardly can tick it as resolved.

I can’t help you there. I received some help a few weeks ago, but then it stopped. No worries, we’ll keep digging and coming up solutions as a group.

If I find a solution, I’ll let you know!
