edit_oum-locations not working

I want my Open User Map-users to have very restricted capabilities, so i use Publishpress Capabilities to accomplish that for me. I created a custom role. Almost everything works, accept that users cannot upload files while editing existing locations. Initially there seems to be no problem; users can click on ‘Upload image’ and select an image. But then uploading fails and they get the message ‘You are not allowed to upload files’.
I think I set all capabilities correct, bu somehow the edit_oum-locations and read_oum-locations are not accepted.
Is there any way you can help my with this?
