Real Solution or refund ? / Edit your profile to update your email !!!

For 1 week I have been communicating with mailpoet support (by email), but he does not answer all my questions and the problem continues over time. and because of that, I additionally had an “ERROR FATAL” for the first time on my site.

I fixed my “ERROR FATAL” site on my own, but now I have less confidence in mailpoet “support”. I almost want to start a refund procedure …..-_-

In the last message I received by email, he told me to put this code in “your theme’s functions.php file.”
