Edit wp_list_categories to link to post

  • Is it possible to edit the function wp_list_categories to link to a post page?

    I’m trying to have the categories list out as normal, but rather than linking to the category archive page, I’d like it to link directly to the latest post in that category.

    Anyone know how to do this?
