Edit WP with white on white and black on black text

    Following the last WP update I have problems editing text. My edit screen has a white background with black text. The existing text shows white on a black web page. But, when I type new text in black, this fails to show on page black on black.

    I have to use a text colour that shows both on white and black.

    I use ‘sixhours’ theme

    I have opened issues with the new editor about the colors they put in the styles, but those have not been addressed yet.

    You can ask your theme author to update the theme to support the new editor.
    You can use the old editor with the Classic Editor plugin.
    You can make a child theme that loads the CSS needed to the new editor.

    Thanks for your reply.

    As far as I know I am using the classic editor and I will try to contact the theme author about this.

    I think I am using a child theme but not being an expert I may have difficulty with this in regard to the CSS.

    Installing the classic editor plugin solved the problems. Thanks.
