    Hello @killuakuntel

Thank you very much for reaching out to us ??

We have checked the website you shared here and it seems that you have kept an empty element by default.

Here is a screenshot for you to understand: https://tppr.me/u664q

If you remove the element, the placeholder will be displayed without any issue.

Hope this helps! In case you are unable to do so, it would be great if you could get in touch with us via our support website https://woolentor.com/contact/

    Best regards,
    Tarek

    Hi Tarek,

Thank you for getting back to me… the backend looks fine… I can see the place holder and I have not modified the element on it. Please see the screenshot from the backend below.

    Hi @killuakuntel

The pleasure was all mine. It’s great to hear that the backend looks fine ??

There is a possibility that it got modified on the front end by jQuery somehow.

Could you please check your active theme or other third-party plugins to see whether any of them is causing the issue?

We’ll look forward to your kind response.

    Best regards,
    Tarek

    Hi Tarek,

Just to let you know that I’ve tried to change the theme and still an issue… and disabled the plugin one by one and finally narrowed it down to one plugin called color-and-image-swatches-for-variable-product-attributes but this one is essential to our website for the color variation. would you be able to help us? can you take a look? https://createneon.store/

    Thank you.

    Hello @killuakuntel ,

Thank you very much for your response ??

For your kind information, the WooLentor plugin contains a module for variation swatches which you can try. In case you want to use that we recommend contacting the author of that color swatches plugin and informing them that the plugin is inserting empty elements to another select box.

    Best regards,
    Zenaul Islam
