At this time, there is no built in editor for sign-ups. You either have to delete and then sign them up again, or you can use PhpMyAdmin to edit the database signup table cell directly for that entry.

Got it. Thanks for the quick reply.

Is this feature available yet? We added fields after people signed up and now need to edit their entry to fill in their fields. Do we really have to delete and add back in?

Not available yet, and I made no promises or statements that it would be included. You can post feature requests on my web site. There are MANY feature requests there already (plus many more from direct emails), and there is simply no way for me to make everyone happy by including every possible feature. Nor do I have the time or any kind of incentive to try to do so.

This is far from a simple or quick feature to add, and was not something that our school needed when I developed this plugin. My son has moved on from that school and we no longer use this plugin ourselves, so I donated it to the WordPress community and have already added many more features than we originally had for our school.

Feel free to contribute via the necessary code or financial support donations. Some of the features I have added have been “subsidized” by other users/organizations, and that can always be discussed privately. Also, other developers have recently contributed some features as well, and I’m always happy to accept code from any one who is willing to put in the time.

Otherwise, I make no promises or guarantees as to when, or even if, I will add new features. Sorry, but I have a family to feed, and have to give paid work priority!

    AMG III,

FWIW, I have found it easiest to go to the database (through PHPMyAdmin) and just change the data directly. Very quick and easy to do.

DBAR, thanks again for this wonderful plugin, and for all the work you have done and continue to do. Please feel free to close this topic. I didn’t mean to open a Pandora’s Box of work requests for you.

    Thanks Seadog!

Unfortunately, I can’t “close” topics here.

I don’t mind feature requests, but they don’t belong in a support forum. But, what I especially do not like is the entitled attitude that so many people have these days, as if I should be donating all my time to fulfilling their feature requests for something that is free and open source. And then wondering why I haven’t done something “yet”!

I have received fewer support donations than I can count on the fingers of one hand, and the very cheap paid add-on extensions don’t sell enough to justify the time I put into them. So, there is very little incentive for me to continue working on these free plugins when I have plenty of paid custom development work to keep me busy.

I do appreciate nice comments and good reviews from appreciative user, though, and so far, those are the only real incentives I have to continuing maintaining the free plugins.
