edit user profile page gateway time out when admin try to edit

Hello, we had issue when admin user click edit on user page it’s often had “504 gateway Time Out”.
We checked the server utilization, it wasn’t high, but sometimes the Redis server was high, but the error only happen when admin click edit on user page others pages don’t.
