Edit User profile Gear Icon or Plus Icon Fails

Guys.. I love most of this plugin but it acts buggy from time to time. I resolved a previous issue on my own but this one is tougher. So steps I have taken.

Disabled all other plugins and checked the functionality of Ultimate Members
Uninstalled, reinstalled plugin
Changed theme
created different users with different levels of memberships
turned on gravatars turned off gravatars
reset upload settings
changed current url method. tried both ways
added the custom css to display forms correctly

So whats the problem? Well when I click on Account https://myurl/account any link that is clicked on that page do nothing. When moused over the links are

myurl/account/general – goes to url display nothing different
myurl/account/password – goes to url displays nothing different
myurl/account/privacy – same as above
/myurl/account/delete -same as above

If I click on view profile it goes to /myurl/user/username and shows the empty image with a Plus + and a gear icon

Neither of those work. on mouseover they show

myurl/user/username/#

I will upgrade but not if I cant resolve this. Please help ASAP since this is for a client and I have a dead line.
