Edit user form no longer populating existing data

Hi,

For some reason the front end Edit User form no longer populates user info when I pass the user id in the URL.

I’ve created a custom front end form using the Edit User Form and added fields like email and first name but they are no longer being filled in when using URL to Edit and setting URL Query to user_id which I can confirm is in the URL.

The new update (2.8.4) breaks this. After reverting back to the previous version (2.7.9) it works.
