Edit/Upload Gallery CTA does nothing

  • For the last month, the ‘Add Images’ button allowing me to add/upload/edit galleries is not working on the Fullscreen Pages using the Kordex Theme.

    This issue occurs when attempting to create or edit images for ‘Fullscreen’ pages. I’ve tried with existing pages and new ones too. When pressed, the button changed to hover state but never opens up the galleries to edit/create.

    Switching to different gallery types (Fullscreen Slideshow, Split Slider, etc) doesn’t change anything either. I’ve seen similar posts that get solved when deactivating plug-ins, no such luck so far. I’ve tried deactivating everything that isn’t critical, no change.

    All plug-ins versions and WordPress are up to date. This is a complete road-blocker for me, help!

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Same problem here: the “Edit Gallery” button won’t do anything when clicked on. I tried to deactivate all plug-ins, one by one, in order to find what’s wrong. No results, problem persists. Any help?
